Pharmacy Weight Loss Milton Keynes is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Milton Keynes and the wider United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline any application where we believe our services are not clinically appropriate for the individual. Eligibility for prescription weight loss medication is determined solely by our pharmacist or prescribing clinician.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical review of your submitted consultation. A valid prescription will be generated where clinically appropriate. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a legitimate prescription.
You must provide honest and complete information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health. We may request additional information or documentation at any time before issuing a prescription.
Prescriptions are issued at the professional discretion of our clinicians and may be refused without obligation to provide reasons beyond those required by law.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We will not process a repeat order if payment is outstanding.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to Royal Mail or our chosen courier's timescales.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive controlled or temperature-sensitive items where required.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC guidance on the return of dispensed medicines.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our services do not replace your NHS GP or any other primary healthcare provider. Information provided on our website is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. Always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
If you experience a medical emergency or serious adverse reaction, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department immediately. Do not use our service for urgent medical concerns.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
